الملخص
This research aims to familiarize yourself with the legal, regulatory and practical frameworks related to the management of household waste and the like in Algeria, and to know the role of the most important actors in the management of this type of waste, then presenting the experience of the state of Blida in establishing the state public institution of an industrial and commercial nature in charge of collecting and treating household waste For Blida, it is a "cleaning place". So that this research allowed us to identify the total of shortcomings and observations that hindered the functioning of this public service, and finally to present some suggestions that we see aimed at redressing and avoiding such shortcomings and observations in the future
