الملخص
Service in the Algerian administration through a field analytical study in the Directorate of Employment in Skikda, which identified a set of plans and strategies aimed at digitizing it and improving its public service. To achieve the objectives of the study, we used the descriptive analytical approach, and the research tools were: The form, observation, and interview. The application of the digital project brings the administration closer to citizens by facilitating access to administrative files. This will build a successful communication relationship between the administration and citizens and improve the public facility, by controlling modern mechanisms of information technology, and from this standpoint. Public authorities have monitored all possibilities to implement the national digitization strategy.
