The Extent To Which The Algerian University Responds To The Reasons For The Culture Of Change From The Point Of View Of The University Professor - A Field Study In Some Algerian Universities.

Abstract

This research paper aims to identify the extent to which educational institutions, especially universities, respond to the reasons for change, which are still modest and do not rise to a differential level, and also aims to identify the most important manifestations of weakness in keeping pace with the cultural and social change taking place in developed countries. For this reason, the researcher prepared this study to identify the reality of the culture of change in the Algerian university, by answering the following questions: 1- What is meant by the culture of change, and what is the role of the university in promoting a culture of change? 2- What is the reality of the culture of change in the educational curricula at the Algerian university? 3- How can the role of the Algerian University be activated in spreading the culture of change? تهدف هذه الورقة البحثية إلى الوقوف على مدى استجابة المؤسسات التربوية وخاصة الجامعات لدواعي التغيير، التي لازالت متواضعة ولا ترقى إلى مستوى فارقي، كما تهدف إلى التعرف على أهم مظاهر الضعف في مواكبة التغيير الثقافي والاجتماعي الحاصل في الدول المتقدمة. لأجل ذلك أعد الباحث هذه الدراسة للتعرف على واقع ثقافة التغيير في الجامعة الجزائرية، وذلك من خلال الإجابة على الأسئلة الآتية: 1- ما المقصود بثقافة التغيير، وما دور الجامعة في تعزيز ثقافة التغيير ؟ 2- ما واقع ثقافة التغيير في المناهج التعليمية في الجامعة الجزائرية؟ 3- كيف يمكن تفعيل دور الجامعة الجزائرية في نشر ثقافة التغيير؟
