الملخص
العالم المفكر هو الذي لا يكتفي بتخصصه بل بضرورة اطلاعه الواسع على علوم ومعارف الذين سبقوه أولا، واطلاعه ثانيا على علوم عصره والأفكار والقيم المتداولة فيه، ويكون صاحب قدرة على التحليل والاستنباط والتأثير على الآخر. فهل يمكن اعتبار الأمير بحكم ثقافته وصفاته مفكرا؟ إذا كان كذلك فما هي مصادر تكوينه الفكري؟ وما هي أهم القضايا التي عالجها؟ ودعائم مقومات فلسفته الحضارية؟ The thinking scientist is the one who is not satisfied with his specialization, but rather with the necessity of familiarity first with the sciences and knowledge of those who came before him, and secondly with the sciences of his time and his current ideas and values, and who possesses the ability to analyze, conclude, and influence others. Can the prince be considered as a thinker and philosopher by virtue of his culture and qualities? If so, what are the sources of his intellectual formation? What are the most important issues he addressed? And the pillars - components of his civilizational philosophy?
