أهمية سلاسل التوريد الخضراء كأداة لتحقيق الاستدامة البيئية -دراسة حالة شركة تويوتا للسيارات

الملخص
تهدف دراستنا هذه الى ابراز دور سلاسل التوريد الخضراء في تحقيق الاستدامة البيئية، اعتمدت الباحثة على المنهج الوصفي والتحليلي في عرض الجانب النظري، ومنهج دراسة حالة بتحليل بيانات شركة تويوتا للسيارات والتقارير الصادرة عنها لتوضيح كيفية اعتمادها لسلاسل التوريد الخضراء وتطبيقها في مختلف أنشطتها، وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن شركة تويوتا أبدت تفانيها في تقليل التأثير البيئي في عملياتها، من خلال اعتمادها على تكنولوجيا المعلومات الخضراء، والتزامها بشراء المواد الأولية المسؤولة بيئيا من مورديها، كذلك زيادة انتاجها لمنتجات خضراء لا تؤثر على البيئة والسيارة الكهربائية أفضل مثال على ذلك، ادارة خدماتها اللوجستية بشكل فعال لتقليل انبعاثات ثاني أكسيد الكربون أثناء نقل المواد الأولية أو توزيع السيارات، اعتمادها للتسويق الأخضر ما يفسر زيادة مبيعاتها للسيارات الصديقة للبيئة، سلسلة التوريد العكسية من أفضل الممارسات للشركة حيث تعيد تدوير المواد وتستخدمها في عمليات الانتاج المقبلة وهي طريقة فعالة لحماية البيئة. تصنيفات JEL : M11، Q56، Abstract : This study aims to highlight the role of green supply chains in achieving environmental sustainability, the researcher employed a descriptive and analytical approach to present the theoretical aspect, and acase study method to analyse the data from Toyota Motor Corporation and its reports to illustrate how it adapted and implemented green supply chains in various activities. The study's results showed that Toyota demonstrated its commitment to reducing environmental impact through, its reliance on green technology, sourcing environmentally responsible raw materials from suppliers, and increasing production of eco-friendly products,including electrec vehicles. Additionally, the company effectively managed its logistics servies to minimize carbon emissions during the transportation of raw materials or the distribution of vehicles, Its adoption of green marketing explains the increase in sales of its environmentally friendly vehicles, The reverse supply chain, which involves recycling and reusing materials in future production, is considred one of the best practces of the company as it is an effective method for environmental protection.
