أعراض اضطراب ما بعد الصدمة لدى أم الطفلة المتعرضة للاغتصاب

الملخص
ملخص: تهدف الدراسة الحالية للكشف عن مستوى اضطراب ما بعد الصدمة لدى أم الطفلة المتعرضة للاغتصاب، ومدى تأثير الحدث الصدمي على أم الحالة و ابنتها نتيجة جريمة الاغتصاب من خلال مظاهر اضطراب ما بعد الصدمة. ولتحقيق أهداف هذه الدراسة تم الاعتماد على المنهج العيادي من خلال دراسة حالة لام طفلتها تعرضت للاغتصاب ، كما استعانت الباحثة بالمقابلة الإكلينيكية النصف موجهة مع تطبيق مقياس اضطراب مابعد الصدمة لدافيدسون، وقد توصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى أن الاغتصاب الذي تعرضت له الطفلة أدى بظهور اعراض اضطراب ما بعد الصدمة متمثلا إعادة معايشة الجدث الصدمي على شكل تناذر التكرار و الذي ظهر على شكل أحلام و كوابيس ـ وكذا تناذر التجنب و الذي ظهر في شكل سلوكيات تجنبيه مرتبطة بالحدث ، بالإضافة إلى تناذر الاستثارة متمثلا في أعراض فرط الاستثارة و التنبه ، كما صاحبها أعراض أخرى كشعور الحالة بالذنب لعدم حماية ابنتها، مما سبب لها الانعزال الاجتماعي. Abstract: The current study aims to reveal the level of PTSD in the mother of the raped child, and the extent to which the traumatic event affects the mother and daughter of the case as a result of the crime of rape through the manifestations of PTSD. To achieve the objectives of this study, the clinical approach was relied on through a case study of a mother whose daughter was raped, and the researcher used the half-directed clinical interview with the application of the scale of post-traumatic stress disorder for Davidson. The results of the study found that the rape of the child led to the emergence of symptoms of post-traumatic stress disorder, represented by the re-experience of traumatic talk in the form of repetition syndrome, which appeared in the form of dreams and nightmares, as well as avoidance syndrome, which appeared in the form of avoidance behaviors associated with the event, in addition to arousal syndrome represented in the symptoms of hyperarousal and alertness, as well as accompanied by other symptoms such as the feeling of guilt for not protecting her daughter, which caused her isolation Social.
