الملخص
اهتمت الدراسة بالمواطنة وضرورة التربية على قيمها؛ كَونها الهدف الأساسي الذي ترمي إليه جلّ الدول العربية والغربية، خاصة تلك الثائرة المتشتتة التي تشهد عنفا واستبدادا بمختلف تمظهراته وتمفصلاته، حيث يهدف بحثنا إلى تسليط الضوء على ضرورة تكريس قيم المواطنة وتجسيدها بمعناها الكامل؛ لما تحمله من قيم سوسيوثقافية ذات بعد فكري ووجداني ينعكس إيجابا على الصعيدين الفردي والاجتماعي. ولتحقيق هذا الهدف تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي؛ كَونه المناسب لطبيعة هذه الدراسة، ومن النتائج التي توصّلنا إليها أنّ الممارسة الفعلية لقيم المواطنة - وبالضبط الاعتراف بحقوق الإنسان على مستوى الفضاء التربوي "المدرسة" وكذا القضائي "الدساتير والقوانين"- أصبح أمرا بالغَ الأهمية، حتى يمكن لجل المؤسسات بأنواعها -قضائية كانت أو تربوية أو ثقافية- أن ترتقي إلى مستوى أعلى من أشكال التسامح والتّضامن والممارسات الدّيمقراطية؛ فخطوة التّجسيد الفعلي لقيم المواطنة بمثابة السُّلَّم الذي ترتقي على مدرجاته باقي مؤّسسات المجتمع إزاء كل ما هو إيجابي. Abstract This research delved into the significance of citizenship and the crucial need to educate individuals on its fundamental values. It has emerged as a primary objective for many Arab and Western nations, especially amidst the scattered uprisings marked by violence and oppression in various forms. The study aims to highlight the importance of instilling citizenship values and fully embodying them due to their socio-cultural significance, carrying both intellectual and emotional dimensions that positively impact individuals and society as a whole. To accomplish this, a descriptive analytical approach was employed, aligning with the study's nature. A key conclusion drawn from this research underscores the vital role of actively practicing citizenship values, particularly in acknowledging human rights within educational settings like schools and legal frameworks such as constitutions and laws. This emphasis is crucial for all types of institutions - be they judicial, educational, or cultural - to elevate themselves towards greater levels of tolerance, and democratic principles. The genuine implementation of citizenship values stands as the cornerstone upon which other societal institutions can ascend towards all that is beneficial and constructive.
