استعداد المكتبات الجامعية للاشتراك في قواعد وبنوك معلومات عالمية : قاعدة Scopus نموذجا

الملخص
تعتبر المكتبات الجامعية الوجهة الأولى التي يقصدها الباحثون للتزود بمصادر معلومات تثري بحوثهم العلمية التي تستدعي الجدية والحداثة، وتماشيا مع التطورات الحديثة أخذت المصادر الالكترونية نصيبا كبيرا في تنمية المجموعات سواء كانت دوريات الكترونية أو قواعد وبنوك معلومات وغيرها من مصادر اخرى . تعتبر قاعة البيانات Scopus من أشهر القواعد وبنوك المعلومات العالمية وأكبرها نظرا لما تحتويه من مصادر ثرية ودقيقة وحديثة ،لذا جاءت دراستنا لمحاولة معرفة قدرة وتوجه المكتبات الجامعية الجزائرية للاشتراك في هذه القاعدة وما الأهمية التي تضيفها للباحث ونوعية البحث المقدم ، ومن أجل ذلك اخترنا المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لدراسة هذه الظاهرة وبعد الالمام بكل المعلومات والاحصائيات من الاستبيان الموزع توصلنا الى أن المكتبات الجامعية لا تتجه للاشتراك بقاعدة البيانات Scopus مباشرة بل من خلال النظام الوطني للتوثيق .... التي توجد به بعضا من مجلاتها وهو غير كاف ومنه اقترحنا أن تبذل المكتبات الجامعية مجهودا حثيثا للاشتراك المباشر بالقاعدة نظر للمساهمة النوعية لها سواء في عملية النشر أو في عملية استرجاع المعلومات. الكلمات المفتاحية : مكتبة جامعية ؛اشتراك ؛دوريات الكترونية ،قاعدة البيانات ؛ قاعدة Scopus؛ دراسة ميدانية ؛جامعة باتنة 1 Abstract : University libraries are considered to be the first destination which researchers go to, in order to gain information resources that enrich their scientific research which requires seriousness and modernity. In line with recent developments, electronic sources have taken a large share in the development of collections, whether they were electronic periodicals, databases, information banks, or other sources. The SCOPUS database is one of the most famous and largest international databases and information banks due to the rich, accurate and modern sources it contains. Therefore, our study came to try to find out the ability and direction of Algerian university libraries to subscribe to this database and the importance it adds to the researcher and the quality of the research presented. For this reason, we chose the descriptive analytical approach to study this phenomenon, and after studying all the information and statistics from the distributed questionnaire, we concluded that university libraries do not tend to subscribe to the Scopus database directly, but rather through the National Documentation System... in which some of its journals are located, but it is insufficient, therefore we suggested that university libraries make a diligent effort to participate directly in the database, given its qualitative contribution, whether in the publishing process or in the information retrieval process.
