دور نظم المعلومات الإدارية في تعزيز الشفافية بالمؤسسات الرياضية

الملخص: هدفت الدراسة إلى إبراز دور نظم المعلومات الإدارية في تعزيز الشفافية في المؤسسات الرياضية، وكان الغرض من الدراسة معرفة أن لنظم المعلومات دور في تعزيز الشفافية، وتم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي كما تم استعمال الاستبيان والمقابلة كأداتين للبحث، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من 50 عامل بمديرية الشباب والرياضة لولاية سوق أهراس وقد شملت العينة مدير ومفتش الشباب والرياضة لنفس الولاية، وبعد القيام بالدراسة الإحصائية تم التوصل إلى أن نظم المعلومات الإدارية تساهم بشكل كبير في تعزيز الشفافية بمديرية الشباب والرياضة لولاية سوق أهراس، وفي الأخير نوصي بضرورة العمل على اكتشاف الأخطاء وتصحيحها وفق معايير أدق لنظم المعلومات الإدارية بالمؤسسة والعمل على إيجاد حلول أخرى، وبضرورة تحديث آليات وبرامج نظم المعلومات الإدارية بالمؤسسة، وتكوين العاملين بالمديرية من أجل تطوير مهاراتهم في استخدام نظم المعلومات الإدارية. Abstract: The study aimed to highlight the role of management information systems in enhancing transparency in sports institutions. The purpose of the study was to determine if information systems play a role in enhancing transparency. The descriptive method was adopted, and a questionnaire and interview were used as research tools. The study sample consisted of 50 employees from the Youth and Sports Directorate of the state of Souk Ahras, including the director and the youth and sports inspector of the same state. After conducting the statistical study, it was found that management information systems significantly contribute to enhancing transparency in the Youth and Sports Directorate of the state of Souk Ahras. Finally, we recommend working on identifying and correcting errors according to more precise standards of management information systems in the institution and finding other solutions. It is also recommended to update the mechanisms and programs of management information systems in the institution and to train the directorate's employees to develop their skills in using management information systems.
