الملخص
الملخص: هدفت دراستنا إلى تحليل وتفسير ظاهرة العنف و الشغب في ملاعب كرة القدم من خلال تسليط الضوء على أهم النظريات التي حاولت تفسير هده الظاهرة، بالإضافة إلى التطرق إلى تاريخ وأسباب وعوامل العنف في اﻟﻤﺠتمعات التقليدية منها والمعاصرة واستخدام المنهج التحليلي الوصفي محاولة منا للوصول إلى نتائج علمية ومقترحات تسهم في معالجة الظاهرة منها الأمنية والإدارية بدراسة و إعداد التدابير و اتخاذ الإجراءات قبل موعد بدء المباريات الرياضية بوقت كاف للتنسيق مع مختلف العينات و الأجهزة المعنية وتكوين ضباط متخصصين ولجان في إدارة البطولات، وتقصى الحقائق التي تساعد على فهمها و تحليلها و تفسيرها بهدف التنبؤ بها و إيجاد الحلول التي تساهم في معالجتها أو التخفيف من نتائجها والتي أصبحت تشكل الهاجس و الخطر الكبير على المسؤولين و صناع القرار في تنظيم هذه التظاهرات و الأحداث الرياضية ، كما أصبحت تتخذ أبعادا تشكل خطرا على المجتمع والإستثمار في هذا المجال الرياضي الحيوي و الحروب النفسية بأشكالها المختلفة و الإجتماعية في تفكيك أواصر الأخوة و التضامن. Abstract: Our study aimed to analyze and explain the phenomenon of violence and riots in football stadiums by highlighting the most important theories that attempted to explain this phenomenon, in addition to addressing the history, causes and factors of violence in traditional and contemporary societies and using the descriptive analytical approach in our attempt to reach scientific results and proposals. It contributes to addressing the phenomenon, including the security and administrative ones, by studying and preparing measures and taking measures well in advance of the start of sports matches to coordinate with the various samples and concerned agencies, forming specialized officers and committees in the management of tournaments, and investigating facts that help to understand, analyze and interpret them with the aim of predicting them and Finding solutions that contribute to treating them or mitigating their consequences, which have become a major concern and danger to officials and decision-makers in organizing these demonstrations and sporting events. They have also taken on dimensions that pose a threat to society and investment in this vital sporting field and psychological warfare in its various forms.
