الملخص
ملخص: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة دور خرائط المراقبة الإحصائية كآلية إحصائية، في الرقابة على جودة المنتجات في المؤسسة الاقتصادية، وأثرها في تصحيح الانحرافات لتحسين النوعية، والتأكد من كفاءتها في مراقبة وضبط الجودة، وهذا من خلال محاولة إسقاطها وتطبيقها على مؤسسة مطاحن الحضنة بالمسيلة، وقد اعتمدت هذه الدراسة على المنهجين الوصفي والاستقرائي، وخلصت إلى أن خرائط المراقبة الإحصائية من أهم الوسائل المستخدمة في السيطرة النوعية إذ يتم على ضوئها وبنظـرة فاحصة وسريعـة بيان إذا كان هناك انحراف أو تباين بين المعايير أو المواصفـات والمنتج الفعلي، كما تبين من خلال النتائج المتوصل إليها من تطبيق خرائط المراقبة الإحصائية على مؤسسة مطاحن الحضنة بالمسيلة، أن منتجاتها تتميز بجودة عالية، وذلك من خلال وقوع جميع العينات داخل مجال المراقبة وتوضعها عشوائيا. Abstract: This study aims to know the role of statistical control maps as a arithmetical mechanism in monitoring the quality of products in the economic institution and its impact in correcting deviations to improve quality. Plus ensuring its efficiency in monitoring and controlling quality through an attempt to project them and apply them to the Al-Hudna Mills Corporation in M’sila. The study relied on the descriptive and inductive approaches. It concluded that statistical control maps are among the most important means used in quality control because based on them and with a close and quick look it is possible showing if there is a deviation or discrepancy between the standards or specifications and the actual product. It was also shown, through the results obtained from applying statistical monitoring maps to the Al-Hudna Mills Foundation in M’sila, that its products are distinguished by high quality. Through the fact that all samples fall within the monitoring area and are placed randomly.
