ردود ابن العربيِّ المالكيِّ (ت543هـ) على أَهْل الظَّاهر في المسائل الفقهيَّة

الملخص
موضوع الدراسة هو تتبُّع المسائل الفقهيَّة الَّتي ردَّ فيها ابن العربيِّ المالكيِّ (ت543) على أهل الظَّاهر مع دراسة أسباب توجُّهه للرَّدِّ عليهم وذِكْر طريقته في ذلك، رحمه اللَّه. وذلك من خلال ثلاثة مباحث: المبحث الأوَّل: الأسباب الَّتي حملت ابن العربيِّ على أن يرُدَّ على أَهْل الظَّاهر في المسائل الفقهية. المبحث الثَّاني: المسائل الفقهيَّة الَّتي رَدَّ فيها ابنُ العربيِّ على أَهْل الظَّاهر. المبحث الثَّالث: مُميِّزات ردود ابن العربيِّ على أَهْل الظَّاهر في المسائل الفقهيَّة. وأمَّا الخاتمة فذكرْتُ فيها أهمَّ النَّتائج المُتوصَّل إليها. The subject of the research: tracking the jurisprudential issues in which Ibn al-Arabi al-Maliki (d. 543) responded to the people of al-Zahir, with a study of the reasons for his approach to respond to them and mentioning his method in that, may Allah have mercy on him. I divided my research into an introduction, three topics, and a conclusion. As for the introduction, I devoted it to the importance of the topic and its problems, previous studies, and the research plan. The three topics are: The first topic: the reasons that prompted Ibn al-Arabi to respond to the people of al-Zahir in jurisprudential issues. The second topic: jurisprudential issues in which Ibn al-Arabi responded to the people of al-Zahir. The third topic: the characteristics of Ibn al-Arabi's responses to the people of al-Zahir in jurisprudential issues. As for the conclusion, I mentioned the most important results reached
