المفهوم العثماني للدولة

الملخص
تعتبر الدولة العثمانية ثاني أوسع دولة بعد الامبراطورية البيزنطية، امتدت حدودها الجغرافية إلى ثلاث قارات، في اسيا، اوربا وافريقيا. وشملت أجناسا وأعراقا وديانات ومذاهب مختلفة، نجحت إلى حد كبير في احتواءها وضمان تعايشها. تبحث هذه الدراسة في إشكالية بناء الدولة في الفكر العثماني وفي مفهومها وماهيتها لدى العثمانيين؟ وسنقف عند أهم الأسس التي بنيت عليها هذه الدولة التي نشأت من إمارة صغيرة تمددت واتسعت رويدا رويدا إلى أن أصبحت دولة واسعة، مترامية الأطراف ممتدة في قارات العالم الثلاث وضمت الكثير من الشعوب، المختلفة الأديان والمذاهب والقوميات والأعراق. The Ottoman Empire is considered as the second largest territory after the Byzantine Empire with its geographical borders extending to three continents, Asia, Europe, and Africa. The Empire included different races, doctorines, religions and sectes, and succeeded to a large extent in containing them and ensuring their coexistence. The study in my article will examine the concept and the problematic behind the establishment of the state according to the Ottoman's way of thinking. I will also talk about the fact that the Empire arose from a small emirate that gradually expended until it became a vast and sprawling territory including a variety of people. Finally, I will stop at the most important foundations on which it was built.
