?islamic Economy Is It The Way Out الاقتصاد الإسلامي هل هو المخرج ؟

Abstract

The Islamic economy is based on a moral pillar that fights exploitation through the prohibition of usury, monopoly, hoarding, extravagance, verification, mitigation, understatement and cheating. Today's Islamic economy consists of the real and financial siblings and is the real part of the economy in kind. in the sense of the commodity and service productive sectors while the financial structure of the banking system is, which smells the central bank and the monetary institutions, and any imbalance in one of the two parts necessarily moves into a similar imbalance and ends up, If these imbalances are not addressed seriously and comprehensively, to the economy's entry into a severe recession, they become more acute over time. Now is the time to translate Islamic strategy into an integrated set of policies, reflected in the basic measures and key requirements of the full range of public policies studied in this regard, where it must be inspired by Islam and the need to apply them legitimately and legally because the Islamic world needs to change as the Islamic public view of economic life and the association with the principles of Islam involves economic and social reform يقوم الاقتصاد الإسلامي على ركيزة أخلاقية تحارب الاستغلال من خلال تحريم الربا والاحتكار والاكتناز والإسراف والتقتير والتطفيف والبخس والغش حيث يتكون الاقتصاد الإسلامي المعاصر من شقيه الحقيقي والمالي ويتمثل الشق الحقيقي من الاقتصاد العيني ، بمعنى القطاعات الإنتاجية السلعية و الخدمية في حين يتشكل المالي من النظام المصرفي، الذي يشم البنك المركزي و المؤسسات النقدية ، و أي خلل في أحد الشقين ينتقل بالضرورة إلى خلل مماثل و ينتهي الأمر، إذا لم تعالج هذه الإختلالات بصورة جادة وشاملة ، إلى دخول الاقتصاد في حالة ركود حاد ، تزداد حدة مع الزمن. ولقد حان الوقت الآن لترجمة الإستراتيجية الإسلامية إلى مجموعة متكاملة من السياسات مما تعكسه التدابير الأساسية و المتطلبات الرئيسية المتمثلة في المجموعة الكاملة للسياسات العامة المدروسة في هذا المضمار حيث لابد لها من استلهام الإسلام و الحاجة إلى تطبيقهــا شرعــــا وقانونـــــا لان العالم الإسلامي يحتاج إلى تغيير حيث أن النظرة الإسلامية العامة إلى الحياة الاقتصادية و الارتباط بمبادئ الإسلام تنطوي على الإصلاح الاقتصادي و الاجتماعي
