الملخص
لذلك, يبدو أن مستقبل السيارات سيكون مشرقاً بخصوص تطوير نماذج متقدمة من السيارات ذاتية القيادة نتيجة للتطور الرهيب في عمل أجهزة الإستشعار وحركة الرادار الخاصة بالسيارات, ما يجعلها تتمتع بالإدراك السريع لجعل السيارة تتعرف على العالم المحيط بها. لكن بالرغم من المزايا العديدة لظهور وانتشار السيارات ذاتية القيادة, إلا أن الإستغلال الأولي لها أفرز العديد من المشكلات القانونية, لا سيما ما يتعلق بالتأمين عن الحوادث المرتكبة من قبل هذه المركبات, وكذا إثبات المسؤولية المترتبة عن ذلك. لذلك وجب إعادة النظر في أنظمة التأمين الحالية, وموائمتها وفق مستجدات التطور التكنولوجي الحديثة, مع الإنتباه للتصاعد المستمر لمستويات الذكاء الإصطناعي, والذي سيقلص تدريجياً من قدرة السائق الإنسان في التحكم بالمركبة. الكلمات المفتاحية: المركبة ذاتية القيادة؛ التأمين؛ الصندوق الأسود؛ الإثبات؛ المسؤولية. Therefore, it seems that the future of cars will be bright regarding the development of advanced models of self-driving cars as a result of the tremendous development in the work of sensors and radar movement of cars, which makes them have rapid awareness to make the car recognize the world around it. But despite the many advantages of the emergence and spread of self-driving cars, their initial exploitation created many legal problems, especially with regard to insurance for accidents committed by these vehicles, as well as proving the resulting liability. Therefore, the current insurance systems must be reconsidered and adapted to the latest developments in modern technology, while paying attention to the continuous rise in levels of artificial intelligence, which will gradually reduce the ability of the human driver to control the vehicle.
