العلاقات الجزائرية التركية من خلال الصحف الخاصة الجزائرية قراءة نقدية لصحيفة الخبر من 2010 إلى 2020

الملخص
نحاول من خلال هذه الورقة البحثية تسليط الضوء على العلاقات التاريخية والاقتصادية بين الجزائر وتركيا، من العهد العثماني وصولا إلى التعاون الدولي الذي يجمع البلدين خاصة في السنوات الأخيرة. كما سنركز على العلاقات الجزائرية التركية في الفترة العثمانية وتواجد الأتراك بالجزائر، مرورا بالاستعمار الفرنسي بالجزائر وتغير هذه العلاقات بين البلدين، وصولا إلى فترة الثورة التحريرية الجزائرية وما بعدها إلى يومنها هذا، بالتركيز على تطور العلاقات والتعاون بين كل من الحزائر وتركيا في شتى المجالات بتولي الحكم الرئيس التركي طيب رجب أردوغان ومحاولته التقرب من الدول العربية والافريقية، خاصة الجزائر منها، لتشكل بذلك هذه العلاقات الثنائية بين البلدين تعاون استراتيجي دولي يخدم مصالح الطرفين. من جهة أخرى سنقوم بدراسة نقدية للعديد من أعداد ومضامين جريدة "الخبر" الجزائرية، والتي تعالج المواضيع التركية، والعلاقات الجزائرية التركية، بدء بالأنواع الصحفية وتمركز المادة الإعلامية (عينة الدراسة) في صفحات الجريدة، مرورا بأهم المواضيع التي تعالجها الصحيفة بالتركيز على المصادر التي تعتمد عليها، وصولا إلى أهم الفاعلين. توصلت الدراسة إلى أن العلاقات الجزائرية التركيو كانت ولا زلت ليومنا هذا، وهذا ما لاحظناه من خلال التاريخ الذي يجمعهم من جهة، ومن خلال مضامين جريدة الخبر والتي ركزت رغم قلت المضامين إلى أن العلاقات بين البلدين في تطور مستمر خاصة بعد زيارة الرئيس التركي " طيب رجب أردوغان" للجزائر في هذه الفترة. Through this research paper, we are trying to shed light on the historical and economic relations between Algeria and Turkey, from the Ottoman era to the international cooperation that brings the two countries together, especially in recent years. We will also focus on Algerian-Turkish relations in the Ottoman period and the presence of the Turks in Algeria, through French colonialism in Algeria and the change in these relations between the two countries, up to the period of the Algerian liberation revolution and beyond to this day, focusing on the development of relations and cooperation between both Algeria and Turkey in various fields by assuming power. Turkish President Tayyip Recep Erdogan and his attempt to get closer to Arab and African countries, especially Algeria, so that these bilateral relations between the two countries constitute international strategic cooperation that serves the interests of both parties On the other hand, we will critically study many of the issues and contents of the Algerian newspaper “Al-Khabar”, which deals with Turkish topics and Algerian-Turkish relations, starting with the types of journalism and the concentration of the media material (study sample) in the pages of the newspaper, passing through the most important topics that the newspaper addresses, focusing on the sources it relies on. On it, down to the most important actors. The study concluded that the Algerian-Turkish relations were and continue to be to this day, and this is what we observed through the history that brings them together on the one hand, and through the contents of Al-Khabar newspaper, which, despite the limited contents, focused on the fact that relations between the two countries are in continuous development, especially after the visit of the Turkish President, Tayyip Recep. Erdogan to Algeria during this period.
