الملخص
يهدف المسعى البحثي في هذه الدراسة إلى استجلاء القيم السياسية في الخطاب الفلسفي لبول ريكور، وكذا تسليط الضوء على الروح التفاؤلية التي جاء بها، في محاولة منه اصلاح حال الإنسانية وايجاد مخرج يكون كعلاج لجروح الذاكرة، الناتجة عن ويلات ما شهده القرن العشرين من تفاقم لمظاهر التعصب والعنف والحرب وتزايد الاحتقان السياسي والاجتماعي...، الذي أحدث خللا في المبادئ والقيم التي تحكم علاقة الذات بالآخر، فحق لأحداث هذا القرن أن تكون من أكثر دروس التاريخ قسوة وأجدرها بقاءً على سطح الذاكرة، بما خلفته من جروح دامية ومتقرحة في أعماق الروح والعقل، لهذا وبالرغم من تولي الحروب العسكرية في الكثير من دول العالم، إلا أن حروب الذاكرة المتمثلة في تأثير الماضي وسلطته على الحاضر لا تزال قائمة إلى يومنا هذا، الأمر الذي جعل من البحث في الذاكرة ودورها وسبل تطهيرها أكثر من ضرورة، حتى تتمكن البشرية من استئناف حلم التعايش الكوني المشترك بسلام رغم ما حمله الماضي من آلام، هذا الحلم الذي لا يتحقق حسب بول ريكور إلا من خلال توطين ثقافة أخلاقية عقلانية رشيدة في التذكر والنسيان والغفران والاعتراف لدى الأفراد والمجتمعات. Abstract: The research effort undertaken in this study aims to examine the political values present in the philosophical discourse of Paul Ricoeur. Additionally, it seeks to illuminate his optimistic mindset as an endeavor to reform the condition of humanity and find a solution to the wounds inflicted upon memory due to the increasingly intolerant, violent, and war-ridden manifestations of the twentieth century. These manifestations, along with the growing political and social congestion, have resulted in an imbalance in the principles and values that govern the relationship between individuals. The events of this century can be regarded as one of the cruelest and most instructive lessons in history, leaving deep and painful scars on the psyche and consciousness. Despite the assumption of military conflicts in numerous countries worldwide, memory wars, which involve the influence of the past and its authority over the present, continue to persist to this day. Consequently, it becomes imperative to conduct research on memory, its significance, and methods of purification, in order for humanity to rekindle the aspiration of universal coexistence in a peaceful manner, despite the lingering pain of the past. According to Paul Ricoeur, this vision can only be realized through the establishment of a rational moral culture that encompasses memory, forgetfulness, forgiveness, and recognition, both at the individual and communal leve.
