دور فيدرالية جبهة التحرير الوطني في تأطير اللاجئين الجزائريين بتونس 1957-1962

الملخص
واجهت الثورة التحريرية منذ انطلاقها سنة 1954 أول مشكلة خارج حدود الجزائر وهي مأساة اللاجئين الجزائريين في تونس، وما ترتّب عنها من عمليات الإبادة التي شنتها القوات الفرنسية بالجزائر منذ سنة 1956 تاركةً آثارا وخيمة اضطرت من خلالها الأسر الجزائرية إلى ترحيل أطفالها وشيوخها ونسائها. وتعود فكرة إنشاء أولى خلايا التنظيم المدني لجبهة التحرير الوطني بتونس إلى الحالة المزرية التي كان يعيشها اللاجئون الجزائريون، هي التي دفعت بقادة الثورة من لدن لجنة التنسيق والتنفيذ الاهتمام بهذه الشريحة من الشعب الجزائري للقيام بأحواله، لتنتشر فيما بعد هذه الخلايا في كامل التراب التونسي، فتأسس في سنة 1957 نظام مدني للجبهة بقيادة الطيب الثعالبي، وكان الإسراع في تأسيس هذه الخلايا بدافع تجنيدهم وتأطيرهم لخدمة الثورة التحريرية في جميع المستويات، ومنع تسرّب الدعاية الفرنسية إلى صفوف اللاجئين والجالية الجزائرية بصفة عامة والتأثير فيهم. Since its launch in 1954, the liberation revolution faced the first problem outside Algeria's borders, which is the tragedy of Algerian refugees in Tunisia. The resulting extermination of French forces in Algeria since 1956 has had serious consequences for the families of Algeria, which have forced them to deport their children, their aging andtheirwomen. The idea of establishing the first cells of the civil organization of the National Liberation Front in Tunisia is back to the dire state of the Algerian refugees. It was the one who led the revolution leaders to pay attention to this part of the Algerian people to carry out its conditions, and these cells would later spread throughout the Tunisian soil, establishing in 1957 a civil system for the front, led by Al-Tayyeb Al-Thaalibi. The rapid establishment of these cells was motivated by recruitment and mediation to serve the liberation revolution at all levels, and by the prevention of the leakage of French propaganda into the ranks of refugees and Algerian disilrists.
