الملخص

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة واقع عملية الإندماج الاجتماعي للاطفال المعرضين للخطر والموضوعين في مراكز حماية الطفولة بولايتي سطيف وبرج بوعريريج ودور هذه المراكز في تحقيق الاندماج الاجتماعي للأطفال في خطر الموضوعين فيها والتي تدخل ضمن إطار سياسة الرعاية الاجتماعية للدولة الجزائرية في مجال حماية الطفولة من الخطر؛ من خلال تقديم الرعاية وإندماجهم اجتماعيا من أجل الوصول إلى تحقيق المصلحة الفضلى للطفل، وهو الغاية من كل إجراء أو تدبير أو حكم أو قرار قضائي أو إداري يتخذ في شأن هذه الشريحة ، وتوصلت الدراسة أن مراكز حماية الطفولة تؤدي دورا مهما في تقديم الرعاية الاجتماعية والنفسية والفكرية والصحية لهذه الشريحة من الأطفال كما أن لها دورا بارزا في إندماجهم اجتماعيا في مختلف مؤسسات المجتمع كالأسرة والمدرسة ومؤسسات ومراكز التكوين والتعليم المهنيين. This study aims to understand the reality of the social integration process of children at risk and placed in child protection centers in the provinces of Setif and Bordj Bou Arreridj. It also aims to assess the role of these centers in achieving the social integration of children at risk placed in them. These centers are part of the Algerian state's social care policy in the field of child protection from harm. They provide care and social integration for children at risk in order to achieve the best interests of the child, which is the goal of any measure, judgment, or decision taken in their regard. The study found that child protection centers play an important role in providing social, psychological, intellectual, and health care for this group of children. They also play a significant role in their social integration in various social institutions, such as the family, school, and vocational training and education institutions
