الملخص
يعتبر الذهب من أهم الثروات التي تتسابق دول العالم اليوم على امتلاكها و الاستحواذ على مصادرها خاصة في ضل التقلبات السياسية و الاقتصادية وذالك لما يتمتع به معدن الذهب من مزايا إذ يعد مصدر ادخار جيد إثناء الصراعات المسلحة و الأزمات الاقتصادية كما يعد من أهم مصادر الاستثمارات الآمنة باعتباره يعرف الثبات و التوحيد في أسعاره مقارنة بغيره من السلع الأخرى و الأسهم و العملات الورقية و الجزائر على غرار دول العالم انتهجت سياسة استخراج و تجميع الذهب عن طريق استحداث شركات الاستغلال الحرفي للذهب التي تتمتع بالشخصية المعنوية مقابل حقوق ووفق ضوابط محددة بموجب دفتر الأعباء المؤرخ في 1/9/2020 و قانون المناجم Gold is considered one of the most important resources that the countries of the world are competing today to possess and seize its sources, especially in light of the political and economic fluctuations, given the advantages that gold enjoys, as it is a good source of savings during armed conflicts and economic crises.
