أبجديات الاستشراف في الدراسات الإنسانية ؛محاولة لضبط الأسس المعرفية والمنهجية

الملخص
تطرح هذه الورقة البحثية إشكالية الأسس المعرفية والمنهجية الواجب معرفتها قبل إجراء أية دراسة استشرافية في العلوم الإنسانية، في ظل غياب ضوابط علمية متفق عليها بين الأدبيات التأصيلية، سواء في مدارس الاستشراف العام (التقليدي)، أو مدارس الاستشراف الاستراتيجي (المعاصر). وترمي الورقة البحثية إلى تحقيق هدفين رئيسين؛ يتعلق الأول بتجميع وإعادة صياغة موجزة لأهم الأسس العلمية من مختلف الأدبيات الرائدة في الاستشراف العام والاستراتيجي من مدارس الاستشراف الثلاث "العربية، الفرنكفونية، الأنجلوفونية". ويتعلق الهدف الثاني باقتراح مقاربة منهجية لضبط خطوات ووسائل الاستشراف في العلوم الإنسانية من منظور تجديدي. وقد اعتمدنا على المنهج الوصفي النقدي، في جمع وتحليل ونقد مادة معرفية هامة، توصلنا من خلالها إلى حصر ما ينبغي معرفته من أسس نظرية ومنهجية حول : دلالة الاستشراف، أصول ممارسته ،التأصيل له، الاستشراف في العلوم الإنسانية من حيث؛ دلالته، موضوعه، أهميته، أهدافه، خصائصه، خطواته المنهجية، أساليبه، أدوات جمع بياناته، تقنيات تحليل بياناته. انتهاءً بحصر بعض الاقتراحات التحفيزية لاستدراك القصور المسجل في الوطن العربي تأصيلا وممارسة. This paper posed the problem of scientific and methodological bases that must be known before any humanities foresight study, in the absence of common scientific rules among the original literature, whether in general (traditional) foresight schools or strategic (modern) foresight schools. The paper aims to achieve two main goals; The first relates to collecting and reformulating the most important bases from the various leading literature on general and strategic foresight from the three schools of foresight, "Arabic, Francophone and Anglophone". The second main goalis related to propose a methodical rooting approach to determining the foresight steps and tools in humanities from a regenerative perspective We have relied on the descriptive-critical approach in collecting, analyzing and criticizing an important data, through which we have reached a determination of theoretical and methodical bases that should be known about: foresight signification, itspractice origins, its rooting, humanities foresight in terms of; significance, subject, importance, objectives, characteristics, methodological steps, methods, data collection tools and data analysis techniques. Finally we listed some suggestions to remedy the shortcomings recorded in the Arab world in terms of rooting and practice
