الملخص
الملخص للقضاء الدستوري دور فعال في حماية حقوق و حريات الافراد و خصوصا الحقوق السياسية التي تندرج ضمنها حريـــة الصحافة ، و فـــي سبـــيل ذلك اعترفـــت له مخـــتلف الأنظمـــة القانونيـــة بصلاحيـــات دســـتوريـــة تخوله ممارسة الدور الذي أسس لأجله ، عن طريق الرقابة على دستورية المعايير القانونية . و تهدف هذه الدراســـة الى بيـــان دور هذا الجـــهاز أكان مجــــسدا في صــــورة محكـــمة دستوريــــة أو مجــلس دستـوري في حـــماية حرية الصـــحافة وذلك في أنظـــمة قـــانونــــية مختـــلفة و متمــــثلة فـــي الجزاـئـــر ، تونـــس ، فرنــــسا. abstract The constitutional judiciary has an effective role in protecting the rights and freedoms of individuals , especially political rights, which include freedom of the press . to this end, various legal systems have recognized constitutionel power that allow it to exercise the role for which it was established by monitoring the constitutionality of legal standards. This study aims to explain the role of this system, whether embodied in the form of a constitutional court or a constitutional council, in protecting freedom of the press, in different legal systems repreented in Algeria ,Tunisia, France
