الذكاء الإصطناعي والمؤسسات الناشئة في الجزائر.. قراءة في مظاهر الاستخدام و التوظيف و الانعكاسات المتوقعة

الملخص
تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على مظاهر، نماذج و مجالات استخدام المؤسسات الناشئة في الجزائر، لمختلف مخرجات الذكاء الاصطناعي، فضلا عن الانعكاسات المتوقعة ومستقبل هذا الاستخدام، وقد توصلت النتائج إلى أن العديد من الكيانات الاقتصادية الجديدة، تلجأ إلى توظيف هذه التكنولوجيات الجديدة التي يطرحها الذكاء الاصطناعي من أجل إيجاد حلول عملية لمشكلاتها التسييرية من جهة ، فضلا عن الإنفتاح على السوق الوطنية من خلال إنتاج وعرض مبتكرات جديدة، و من بين أهم مظاهر هذه الاستخدامات تلك المتجلية في قطاع التعليم عبر تطوير تقنيات التعلم بطريقة تكنولوجية فريدة من نوعها، قطاع الصحة عبر تطوير تقنيات الصحة، قطاع البيئة و مكافحة حرائق الغابات، فضلا عن قطاع الزراعة، وكذلك مجال المالية والدفع الالكتروني، وتعكس عملية الاستخدام لهذه المؤسسات الناشئة في السوق الجزائرية، نفس التوجه العالمي الذي يلجأ إلى الذكاء الاصطناعي بغية إيجاد حلول لمختلف المشاكل التي تعترض الأفراد والمجتمعات البشرية، في العديد من المجالات والميادين خاصة الاقتصادية منها. This study aims to identify the manifestations, models and areas of use by emerging institutions in Algeria of the various outputs of artificial intelligence, as well as the expected repercussions and the future of this use. The results have concluded that many new economic entities are resorting to employing these new technologies presented by intelligence. Artificial technology in order to find practical solutions to its management problems on the one hand, as well as openness to the national market through the production and display of new innovations, and among the most important manifestations of these uses are those evident in the education sector through the development of learning techniques in a unique technological manner, the health sector through the development Health technologies, the environment sector and forest fire fighting, as well as the agricultural sector, as well as the field of finance and electronic payment, and the process of use of these emerging institutions in the Algerian market reflects the same global trend that resorts to artificial intelligence in order to find solutions to the various problems facing individuals and human societies, In many areas and fields, especially economic ones.
