استخدام تقنية برنامج سبيكتروم لتقدير الاحتياجات التنموية للسكان في مجال الصحة لسنة 2035 في الجزائر

الملخص
إن التحديات التي يواجهها العالم اليوم أغلبها تتعلق بالصحة التي هي عماد كل شيء و في أي مجال . فالمجتمعات الفتية الصحية التي تستثمر في صحة أفرادها ،وطاقاتها تجدها دوما متميزة بمعيشتها ورفاهية أفرادها و متطورة اقتصاديا و اجتماعيا و سياسيا. فنظرا لتوسع خريطة الامراض و ظهور أوبئة جديدة لم يتوقعها العالم اليوم. أرغم و دفع الدول إلى التركيز و الاهتمام بالاحتياجات الصحية و في جميع المجالات ، وهذا ما جاء في خطة الالفية الإنمائية 2000 وخطة التنمية المستدامة لعام2030، و تعد الجزائر واحدة من الدول التي هي في تحديات سياسية واقتصادية واجتماعية دائمة. لخلق حياة صحية في مستوى تطلعات الفرد و المجتمع. من هنا جاءت دراستنا هاته من أجل تسليط الضوء على دور التقنيات التكنولوجية في المساهمة في توفير الاحتياجات التنموية بدراسات علمية توضح الرؤية لأصحاب القرار للتخطيط لتوفير المتطلبات التنموية للسكان في شتى المجالات. فارتأينا الاستعانة بتقنية برنامج السبيكتروم Abstract:The challenges that the world faces today are mostly related to health, which is the basis of everything and in any field. Young, healthy societies that invest in the health of their individuals and their energies always find themselves distinguished in terms of their livelihood and the well-being of their individuals, and developed economically, socially, and politically. Due to the expansion of the disease map and the emergence of new epidemics that the world did not expect today. It forced and pushed countries to focus and pay attention to health needs in all fields, and this is what was stated in the 2000 Millennium Development Plan and the 2030 Sustainable Development Plan. Algeria is one of the countries that are facing permanent political, economic and social challenges. To create a healthy life that meets the aspirations of the individual and society. Hence, this study came in order to shed light on the role of technological technologies in contributing to providing development needs through scientific studies that clarify the vision of decision makers to plan to provide the development requirements of the population in various fields.
