الفرانكفونية حيز للتعاون أم أداة نيوكولونيالية؟francophony: An Area For Cooperation Or A Neo-colonialism Tool?

الملخص
لا شك أن الرأي العام العربي و الإفريقي و المتوسطي يشقه الانقسام حول مسألة"الفرانكفونية"، بين فريق يذهب إلى أنها فعلا فضاء للحوار و التعاون الثقافي و الاقتصادي بين الشعوب و الدول التي تعتمد الفرنسية لغة رسمية أولى أو ثانية، وبين فريق مقبل يرى أنها ليست سوى أداة في يد قوة كولونيالية قديمة تروم استدامة السيطرة بوسائل غير تلك التي اعتمدتها إبان الحقبة الكولونيالية المباشرة . ولئن انحاز كاتب الورقة إلى الشق الثاني فإن ذلك لم يمنعه من التسلح بالموضوعية العلمية التي ستدفعه إلى اجتراح طريق ثالث يبتعد به عن الفرنكوفوبيا francophobie فيما هو يتخذ مسافة من الفرانكفونية .francophonie Abstract: There is no doubt that the Arab, African, and Mediterranean public opinion has widely differed on the matter of Francophony: One narrative thinks of it as an area of cultural and economic dialogue and cooperation between the countries in which French is the first or the second official language. The other perception is to consider it as a tool of an ex-colonial power to keep its hegemony on these countries without referring to the old colonial ways. The fact that the author is more sided with the second narrative didn’t make him lose the scientific objectivity that made him go for a third option: Staying away from Francophobia, and keeping his distance from Francophony, at the same time.
