الملخص

ملخص: تعالج هذه الورقة محطة من أهم المحطات في التاريخ السياسي التركية، وهي الفترة التي شهدت انقسام الحركة الاسلامية الى تيارين أحدهما ينادي بضرورة التغيير في الأساليب والاستراتيجية وهو التيار التجديدي بقيادة رجب طيب أردوغان، والآخر متشبث بالأفكار والأساليب التقليدية بقيادة نجم الدين أربكان، هذا الأخير الذي سعى الى إقامة دولة إسلامية تقوم على أسس" النظام العادل" متحديا بذلك وبأسلوب مباشر النظام القائم والحامي له المتمثل في المؤسسة العسكرية، وهذا التحدي الصريح كان له نتائج سلبية على أهداف الحركة الاسلامية واستمراريتها، وهو الدافع الأساسي الذي ساهم في بروز التيار التجديد مطالبا بالتغيير لتفادي المواجهة المباشرة، وهذا ما أسفر عن ولادة حزب العدالة والتنمية الذي كان له الأثر الأبرز في تغيير بنية النظام السياسي وباقي البنى الأخرى، وأيضا إنهاء تدخل المؤسسة العسكرية في الحياة السياسية. Abstract: This paper explores a crucial period in Turkey's political history marked by the split in the Islamic movement. Two distinct streams emerged: the Renewal Movement, led by Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, advocating methodological and strategic changes, and the traditionalist stream led by Necmettin Erbakan, aiming to establish an Islamic state through direct challenge, particularly to the military's role. Erbakan's approach had adverse effects on the Islamic movement's goals and sustainability, prompting the emergence of the Renewal Movement. This led to the formation of the Justice and Development Party, significantly impacting the political system and institutions. The party played a vital role in ending military intervention in politics, emphasizing the need for change to avoid direct confrontation.
