تسعى الجزائر إلى تطوير أساليب جديدة للتعامل مع موارد قوتها الناعمة لتكوين قوة ناعمة فعالة يمكن الاعتماد عليها عند التعامل مع التهديدات والقضايا المعقدة التي تمس الأمن في إفريقيا، وتستكشف البلاد أيضًا كيفية تقديم تفضيلات سياسية مرغوبة للدول الأفريقية، بما في ذلك جذب شعوبها، يقدم هذا المقال مقاربات لقراءة وفهم حقيقة الوضع وتحليل تعاملات الجزائر مع موارد القوة الناعمة التي تتمتع بها. Algeria is currently looking for new ways to develop its soft power resources, to establish effective soft power that can be used to tackle complicated security threats and other issues in Africa. The country is also exploring how to offer attractive policy preferences to African countries, including appealing to their people. This article presents various approaches to understanding the reality of the situation and analyzing Algeria's use of its soft power resources.
