نظام التعليم الرقمي في الجزائر: بين الطموحات المستقبلية والإمكانيات الحالية Algeria's Digital Education System : Between Future Ambitions And Current Possibilities

الملخص
تهدف هذه الدراسة الى تحليل واقع نظام التعليم الرقمي في الجزائر في ظل الإمكانيات المتوفرة ورصد الاهداف والنتائج، والتحديات التي تواجه هده العملية في ظل التحولات السريعة والمعقدة في البيئة التعليمية الرقمية الدولية، بما يستدعي التوظيف الجيد لتكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات الحديثة عند تصميم مختلف السياسات والعمليات التعليمية ونفيذها وتقويمها، ويرتبط نجاح وتطوير نظام التعليم الرقمي في الجزائر بتوفر الارادة السياسية الداعمة، والقدرة على مواجهة التحديات البيئية المحيطة بالمناخ التنظيمي للمؤسسات التعليمية، ووجود بنية تحتية رقمية متطورة مساعدة على استخدام وتبادل النظم الرقمية، وكدا توفير رأس المال البشري الكفء المنفذ للاستراتيجيات والبرامج المرتبط بالتعليم الرقمي وترقيته. وتوصلت الدراسة الى رصد مجموعة من التحديات التي تواجه نظام التعليم الرقمي في الجزائر، كما تم تقديم مجموعة التوصيات مرتبطة بوضع استراتيجيات محددة الأهداف بدقة على المدى البعيد تساهم في نجاح مشروع التحول الرقمي وإيجاد الحلول للتحديات التي تواجهه. This study aims to analyze the reality of the digital education system in Algeria in light of the available capabilities and monitor the goals and results, and the challenges facing this process in light of the rapid and complex transformations in the international digital educational environment, which requires good employment of modern information and communication technology when designing, implementing and evaluating various educational processes, and the success and development of the digital education system in Algeria is linked to the availability of supportive political will, the ability to face the environmental challenges surrounding the organizational climate of educational institutions, and the presence of an advanced digital infrastructure that helps the use and exchange of digital systems, as well as the provision of human capital implementing strategies and programs related to digital education and its promotion. The study found that a set of challenges facing the digital education system in Algeria were monitored, and a set of recommendations were presented related to the development of well-defined strategies in the long term that contribute to the success of the digital transformation project and find solutions to the challenges it faces.
