الملخص
ان استخدام التقنيات المتقادمة في القطاعات الاقتصادية تؤدي إلى العديد من المشاكل في الاقتصاد العراقي , إذ أن تقادم هذه التقنيات تؤدي الى ضعف وارتفاع تكلفة الانتاج .إن تطبيقية التكنولوجيا الحديثة لها تأثير على تطور وانتعاش الاقتصاد من خلال استخدام الالات والمعدات المتطورة في عمليات الانتاج . لقد شكلت التقنيات الحديثة منذ مطلع التسعينيات من القرن الماضي نقلة نوعية في تطورالقطاعات الاقتصادية في اغلب دول العالم من خلال جذب الاستثمارات المختلفة في قطاعات , الزراعة , والصناعة ، والخدمات . ويمكن تطبيق هذا التكنلوجيا الحديثة في الاقتصاد العراقي من خلال جذب الشركات الاستثمارية من أجل معالجة الاختلالات القطاعية والنهوض بالواقع الاقتصادي في العراق . وعليه فلابد من ادخال التكنلوجيا الحديثة من اجل زيادة وتنويع الانتاج , وهذا مايؤدي إلى زيادة التشغيل والتقليل من البطالة والفقر , وتنويع الاقتصاد . The use of obsolete technologies in economic sectors leads to many problems in the Iraqi economy, as the obsolescence of these technologies leads to weakness and high costs of production. The application of modern technology has an impact on the development and recovery of the economy through the use of advanced machines and equipment in production processes . Since the beginning of the nineties of the last century, modern technologies have constituted a qualitative shift in the development of economic sectors in most countries of the world by attracting various investments in the sectors of agriculture, industry, and services . This modern technology can be applied in the Iraqi economy by attracting investment companies in order to address sectoral imbalances and advance the economic reality in Iraq. Therefore, modern technology must be introduced in order to increase and diversify production, and this leads to increased employment and reduced unemployment and poverty, And diversifying the economy.
