تعليم المرأة ودوره في اتخاذ القرارات الذاتية

الملخص
هدفت الدراسة التعرف على تعليم المرأة الفلسطينية ودوره في قدرتها على اتخاذ القرارات الذاتية، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تمَّ الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفيّ التحليلي، واختيار العينة العمدية لتطبيق أداة المقابلة الفردية المعمقة البالغ عددها(25) مقابلة مع نساء حاصلات على شهادات علمية، وتم استخدام أداة المقابلة الجماعية مع جماعات المناقشة المركزة من النساء (المتزوجات واللَّاتِي سبق لهنَّ الزواج)، والبالغ عددهنَّ (5) مجموعات من النساء اللَّاتِي حصلْنَ على التعليم واللَّاتِي يعملنَ في منظمات المجتمع المدني في محافظة شمال غزة، ولقد أضفت الدراسة إلى أَنَّ التعليم له دوره في قدرة المرأة الفلسطينية على اتخاذ القرارات الذاتية، ممّا أدّى إلى مساهمته في قدرتها على اتخاذ قرار الخروج للعمل، وفي قدرتها على اتخاذ قرار اختيار شريك الحياة، ومساعدتها في القدرة على اتخاذ قرار الإنجاب، والمساهمة في قدرتها على اتخاذ قرار ارتداء الحجاب، وعلى اتخاذ قرار المطالبة بالميراث، وفي قدرتها على اتخاذ قرار العناية بالنفس (الزينة)، وعلى اتخاذ قرار الحرية في الترفيه، وفي ضوء النتائج لا بدَّ من العمل على تقديم المقترحات اللازمة لتحقيق أهداف استراتيجية تمكن المرأة في اتخاذ القرارات في المجتمع الفلسطينيّ. the study aimed to identify the education of Palestinian women and its role in their ability to make self-decisions, and to achieve the objectives of the study, the descriptive, analytical approach was adopted, and the sample was deliberately selected to apply the in-depth individual interview tool of (25) interviews with women with scientific degrees, The group interview tool was used with concentrated discussion groups of women (married and previously married), 5 groups of educated women working in civil society organizations in the northern Gaza Governorate, and the study added that education has a role to play in the ability of Palestinian women to make self-decisions, This has contributed to her ability to make the decision to go out to work, her ability to decide to choose a life partner, her ability to make a reproductive decision, her ability to make the decision to wear the hijab, the decision to claim an inheritance, and her ability to decide on self-care (ornamental), In order to make a decision on freedom of entertainment, and in the light of the results, action must be taken to make the necessary proposals for achieving strategic objectives for women's decision-making in Palestinian society.
