الملخص
تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تبيان مدى تأثير الاتفاقيات والمؤتمرات الدولية في حماية حقوق المرأة وعلى وجه الخصوص الحقوق السياسية للمرأة كحق التصويت والترشح وعضوية المجالس المنتخبة وتولي الوظائف العامة في الدولة ،بالإضافة إلى الآليات التي وضعتها الدول الاطراف لمتابعة ومراقبة مدى الالتزام بمضمون هذه الاتفاقيات؛ بتكييف المنظومة القانونية الداخلية للدول مع نصوصها، والعمل على وضع تدابير تسمح بإدماج المرأة في العمل السياسي إلى جانب الرجل دون تمييز. This study aims to show the extent of the impact of international conventions and conferences on the protection of women's rights, and in particular women's political rights, such as the right to vote, run for office, membership of elected councils, and hold public office in the state, in addition to the mechanisms established by the state parties to follow up and monitor the extent of compliance with the content of these agreements; By adapting the internal legal system of the state to its provisions, and working to put in place measures that allow women to be included in political action alongside men without discrimination.
