الملخص
تهدف هذه الورقة البحثية الى توضيح مفهوم الذكاء الاصطناعي من خلال التطرق الى تعريف الذكاء الاصطناعي وذكر أهم مميزاته، كما شملت هذه الدراسة أنواع الذكاء الاصطناعي ومجالاته المتعددة. من خلال هذه الدراسة توصلنا الى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها تعدد التعريفات الفقهية للذكاء الاصطناعي فلا يوجد تعريف جامع وموحد للذكاء الاصطناعي، ومن بين النتائج المتوصل اليها كذلك نجد ان الذكاء الاصطناعي أصبح يشمل مختلف مجالات الحياة بل وأصبح قادرا على محاكاة الذكاء البشري. Abstract: This research paper aims to clarify the concept of artificial intelligence by discussing its definition and mentioning its most important features. This study also included the types of artificial intelligence and its multiple fields. Through this study, we reached a set of conclusions, the most important of which is the multiplicity of jurisprudential definitions of artificial intelligence. There is no comprehensive and unified definition of artificial intelligence. Among the conclusions reached as well, we find that artificial intelligence has become widespread in various fields of life, and has even become capable of simulating human intelligence.
