الملخص
ملخص كان للاحتلال الفرنسي للجزائر خلال القرن 19 انعكاسات كبيرة على المجتمع، ولعل أبرزها مجموعة من الهجرات إلى البلاد العربية والإسلامية، فرارا من اعتداءات الاحتلال على الدين والعرض والأملاك والحريات، وأبرز تلك الهجرات كانت نحو حواضر البلاد التونسية؛ ومن الوثائق التي تناولت أخبارها عقود قضاة مدينة الجزائر. تتركز إشكالية هذه الورقة حول تحديد أهم القضايا التي تناولتها وثائق المحاكم الشرعية حول المهاجرين من مدينة الجزائر إلى تونس، مع البحث في ظروفهم الاجتماعية والاقتصادية بين الجزائر وتونس. تعتمد هذه الورقة البحثية على عقود قضاة مدينة الجزائر كمادة أرشيفية أولية، و تهدف إلى الكشف عن بعض التحولات الاقتصادية والاجتماعية التي ارتبطت بالمهاجرين الجزائريين إلى تونس خلال القرن 19. Abstract: The french occupation of Algeria during the 19th century had great repercussions on society, and the most prominent of these effects was a group of migrations that Algerians carried out towards Arab and Islamic countries, fleeing the attacks of the French occupation on their religion, property and freedoms, the most prominent of these migrations that was towards the Tunisian cities; and among the documents that talked about the news of these migrations were the contracts of the qadis of the Algiers. This research paper proposes a major problem focused on identifying the most important issues dealt with in the study documents; this study addresses the reasons for the migration of Algerians to the Tunisia, and then explains the economic and social conditions dealt with by the contracts of the Qadis.
