الملخص
تعتبر المسألة الدستورية من الوسائل القانونية التي تعتمد عليها الجهات المحددة دستوريا من أجل حماية الحقوق والحريات الأساسية، وضمان احترام الدستور، والسهر على عدم مخالفة القوانين والتنظيمات المبادئ والأحكام العامة الواردة في الوثيقة الرسمية، وذلك من خلال الإخطار، الذي يمثل الرقابة السياسية على دستورية القوانين، والدفع بعدم الدستوريةThe constitutional issue is considered one of the legal means that the constitutionally specified authorities rely on in order to protect basic rights and freedoms, ensure respect for the Constitution, and ensure that laws and regulations do not violate the general principles and provisions contained in the official document, through notification, which represents political control over the constitutionality of laws.
