السياسة التنموية للصين شمال القارة الإفريقية"الجزائر نموذجا"

الملخص
تعد العلاقات الصينية الجزائرية من أبرز الشراكات الإستراتيجية الشاملة والتي تميزت بالانسجام والتناغم بين الطرفين، والتي ترجمت على شكل مشاريع استثمارية وتنموية في الجزائر الأمر الذي جعل الصين تستخدم تلك العلاقة الثنائية كإطار معزز لتحقيق أهداف سياستها الخارجية للتوسع والتغلغل نحو إفريقيا. تسعى الصين لكسب المزيد من الدول لتأييد موقفها تجاه قضية تايوان باعتبار أن الجزائر دولة محورية في منطقة شمال إفريقيا، كما تَعُد الصين الجزائر أكبر سوق لتوزيع فائض إنتاجها وبوابة آمنة للدخول إلى القارة الإفريقية من خلال ميناء الحمدانية الذي سيربطها بقلب إفريقيا لتعزيز التجارة الدولية في المنطقة وتحقيق الأمن الطاقوي لها. The Chinese-Algerian relations are among the most prominent comprehensive strategic partnerships, characterized by harmony and harmony between the two parties, which were translated into the form of investment and development projects in Algeria, which made China use this bilateral relationship as an enhanced framework to achieve its foreign policy goals of expansion and penetration into Africa. China also considers Algeria the largest market for distributing its surplus production and a safe gateway to enter the African continent through the port of Hamdaniya, which will connect it to the heart of Africa to enhance international trade in the region and achieve Its energy security.
