الملخص
يعتبر التبليغ القضائي الإلكتروني من أهم الأساليب التي لجأت إليها التشريعات الجزائية الإجرائية المعاصرة في سبيل تحقيق مبادئ العدالة الجزائية الناجزة المتوخاة من عملية التبليغ القضائي في المادة الجزائية، من خلال الحيلولة دون المشكلات التي اعترضت التبليغات القضائية التقليدية من بطء وتعقيد في سير إجراءات الدعوى الجزائية، وما يترتب عليه من سرعة وبساطة في سير إجراءات الدعوى الجزائية بما يتماشى مع الغاية الذي وجدت لأجلها التبليغات القضائية. :Abstract E The judicial notification is one of the Most important mechanism in modern pénal législations, This new method is elaborated in order to réalise an essentiel principales in terme of pénal justice, which is depended on the judicial notification. Over the countless problems that encountered the notification procedures about slowness and complexity in the conduct of the criminel case, the modern judicial notification takes a speical shape to overcome this drowbacks, which results an effective, speed and simple penal system in conducting his procedures Therefore it is constitent with the purpose of which it was found the judicial notification.
