- The Cognitive Integration Between The Sciences Of Principles Of Jurisprudence And Principles Of Grammar -its Manifestations And Levels

Abstract
تطمح الدراسة إلى الوقوف على علاقة التأثير والتأثر بين علمين رئيسيين في التراث العربي، وهما علم أصول الفقه ذو الأسبقية التاريخية إذ تعود نشأته تدوينا لزمن الإمام الشافعي(ت204ه) - رحمه الله-، وعلم أصول النحو الذي بدأ التدوين في مباحثه في القرن الرابع الهجري على يد العلامة ابن جني(ت392ه)، وهذا من خلال التركيز على مظاهر وتجليات التكامل بين العلمين على غرار الحاجة الماسة على مستوى المباحث، والأعلام الأوائل الذين جمعوا بين العلمين في تحصيلهم العلمي، بالإضافة إلى انقسامهم إلى مذاهب عرفت بالمدارس النحوية على غرار المذاهب الفقهية. كما تركز الدراسة على مستويات التداخل بين العلمين بدءا بالمصطلح ثم المنهج وطريقة التأليف والتبويب. The study aspires to recognize the relationship of influence between two major sciences in the Arabic heritage, namely the science of the principles of jurisprudence with historical primacy, as it originates from the time of Imam El Shafi’ih (d. 204 AH.) - God's mercy -. And the science of origins of the grammar that codification began in its discussions in the fourth century Hijri by the sign Ibn Jenny (d. 392aH). This is by focusing on the manifestations of complementarity between the twoscholars similar to the urgent need at the level of investigations. The first scholars who combined the two sciences in their scientific achievement, as well as their division into doctrines known as grammatical schools similar to jurisprudential doctrines. The study also focuses on the levels of overlap between the two sciences, starting with the term and then the curriculum and the method of authorship and classification..
