الملخص

هدفت الدراسة الحالية لمعرفة مستوى الصلابة النفسية لدى مرضى السرطان وكذا مستويات الفروق فيها بناء على متغير المستوى التعليمي، تكونت عينة الدراسة من 109 مريض ومريضة بالسرطان في مستشفى يوسف دمرجي بولاية تيارت. لتحقيق اهداف الدراسة تم استخدم المنهج الوصفي دراسة استكشافية بالاعتماد على مقياس الصلابة النفسية لمحمد مخيمر وتقنين بشير معمرية على البيئة الجزائرية. توصلت النتائج الى وجود مستوى مرتفع للصلابة النفسية في القيمة الكلية وايضا في قيم ابعادها الثلاثة ( الالتزام، التحكم، التحدي) لدى عينة الدراسة، كما اظهرت وجود فروق بين المجموعات في مستوى الصلابة النفسية تبعا لمتغير المستوى التعليمي The current study aimed to assess the level of psychological hardiness among cancer patients, as well as to examine the variations in hardiness levels based on the educational level variable. The study sample consisted of 109 male and female cancer patients at the Youssef Damergi Hospital in Tiaret Province. To achieve the study's objectives, a descriptive exploratory approach was employed, utilizing the Psychological hardiness Scale developed by Mohamed Mekhemer and adapted by Bashir Maamria for the Algerian context.The results revealed a high level of psychological hardiness in the overall score, as well as in the values of its three dimensions (commitment, control, challenge) within the study sample. Furthermore, significant differences were observed among the groups in terms of psychological hardiness levels based on the educational level variable.
