الملخص
يتمحور موضوع الدراسة حول تتبع مظاهر النشاط الحرفي والصناعي بإفرقية أواخر العصر الوسيط انطلاقا من مصدر فقهي نوازلي، وذلك للتعريف بالأنشطة الحرفية والصناعية المختلفة وضوابط ممارسة ذلك، مع الوقوف على مختلف التجاوزات التي كانت تحصل في هذا المجال، وردود الجانب الفقهي على المسائل المعروضة المتعلقة بها؛ والتي سعت إلى تحديد ضوابط لتلك الأنشطة الممارسة عن طريق التنسيق بين حفظ حقوق أهل الصنعة ومراعاة حقوق المتعاملين من الساكنة بإفريقية في أواخر العصر الوسيط في المجالين الحضري والريفي؛ وهذا لضمان المصداقية وعدم وقوع تجاوزات تلحق الضرر بالجانبين. The subject of the study revolves around tracing the manifestations of craft and industrial activity in Africia during the Late Middle Ages, based on a Nawazil jurisprudential source,in order to introduce the various craft and industrial activities and the controls for practicing them, while examining the various transgressions that occurred in this field, and the responses of the jurisprudential side to the presented issues related to them. Which sought to determine controls for these activities practiced by coordinating between preserving the rights of craftsmen and taking into account the rights of traders from the population of Africia in the Late Middle Ages in the urban and rural areas. This is to ensure credibility and that no violations occur that harm both sides.
