من الحكومة الإلكترونية إلى الحكومة الذكية المركز الوطني للسجل التجاري(نموذجا)

الملخص
الملخص: نسلط الضوء في هذا المقال على المركز الوطني للسجل التجاري الذي يعتبر من أهم مكونات منظومة الحكومة الإلكترونية في الجزائر، حيث تدعم بوابته الإلكترونية تقديم خدمات إلكترونية تساهم في تسهيل ممارسة الأعمال التجارية وتحسين بيئة الاستثمار، عبر السعي لتفعيل الرقمنة عبر منصات تابعة للحكومة ولمختلف هياكلها تحاكي نمطية الحكومة الأعمال. توصلنا من خلال هذه الورقة البحثية لعدة نتائج مفادها إمكانية تفعيل منهجية الحكومة الإلكترونية في المركز الوطني للسجل التجاري حيث تم توفير منصة إلكترونية تحت عنوان بوابة المركز الوطني للسجل التجاري يتم من خلالها تقديم خدمات إلكترونية متنوعة للمتعاملين الاقتصاديين، ونعتبر في مرحلة نضج فعلي لتصور الحكومة الإلكترونية من صنف G2B قابلة لتطور لصنف الحكومة الذكية عبر محاكاة لمنصة الإلكترونية CNRC. Abstract: We shed light in this article on the National Center for Commercial Registration, which is considered one of the most important components of the electronic government system in Algeria, where its electronic portal supports the provision of electronic services that contribute to facilitating business practices and improving the investment environment, by seeking to activate digitization through government-affiliated platforms and their various structures that mimic business government formalities. Through this research paper, we have reached several results indicating the possibility of activating the methodology of electronic government at the National Center for Commercial Registration, where an electronic platform has been provided under the title of the National Center for Commercial Registration portal, through which various electronic services are provided to economic operators. We consider ourselves in an actual maturity stage for the concept of electronic government from the G2B category capable of evolving into the smart government category through simulation of the CNRC electronic platform.
