الاتجاهات النظرية في تفسير ظاهرة الانحراف

الملخص
ملخص: تعتبر ظاهرة الانحراف من بين المشاكل الاجتماعية التي تواجه الشباب آو الصغار على حد سواء ، لما تحمله من أثار نفسية و اجتماعية على الفرد أو البيئة التي يعيش فيها، و الانحراف سلوك مضاد للمجتمع يخرق القانون ويستحق نوعا من العقاب لأنه قد يتجاوز كل التوقعات التي يتم الاعتراف بشرعيتها من قبل النظم والمؤسسات الاجتماعية. هذا ما جعله موضوعا شائكا ومعقدا أثار الكثير من الجدل و النقاش، فكل عالم أ و باحث قد أعطى مدلولا خاصا للانحراف و المنحرفين، وذلك حسب التوجه المعرفي والنظري الذي ينتمي إليه، و لقد ظهرت العديد من الاتجاهات أو النظريات التي حاولت تفسير الانحراف بحيث أرجع الاتجاه النظري السوسيولوجي الانحراف إلى الظروف البيئية الاجتماعية ، لما لها من تأثير في تشكيل سلوك الفرد والسلوك الانحرافي ويكون في شكل سلوكيات وأفعال خارجة عن إطار النسق المجتمعي متجاوزا بذلك المعايير والمحددات الضوابط الاجتماعية ، و في المقابل نجد النظرية النفسية التي ذهبت إلى أن الانحراف مرض نفسي قديم يتشكل في فترة الطفولة المبكرة ليبرز في مراحل النمو المختلفة مولدا حالات القلق والاضطراب وعدم التوافق مع كل المستجدات الحياتية ، في حين يرجع الاتجاه البيولوجي الانحراف إلى عوامل بيولوجية وراثية يكتسبها الفرد بالوراثة و بالتالي الفرد المنحرف هو منحرف بالفطرة . Abstract: The phenomenon of delinquency is considered among the social problems facing young people alike, because of the psychological and social effects it bears on the individual or the environment in which he lives. Deviation is an anti-social behavior that violates the law and deserves a kind of punishment because it may exceed all expectations that are recognized. legitimacy by social systems and institutions. This is what made it a thorny and complex subject that sparked a lot of controversy and discussion. Every scientist or researcher has given a special meaning to deviance and delinquents, according to the cognitive and theoretical orientation to which he belongs. Many trends or theories have appeared that tried to explain the deviation, so that the sociological theoretical trend attributed the deviation to the environmental and social conditions, because of their impact on shaping the individual's behavior and deviant behavior, in the form of behaviors and actions outside the framework of the societal system, bypassing the standards and determinants of social controls. On the other hand, we find the psychological theory that delinquency is an old psychological disease that forms in the early childhood period to emerge in the different stages of development, generating states of anxiety, turmoil, and incompatibility with all life developments, while the biological trend is due to deviation due to genetic biological factors that the individual acquires by inheritance and So the deviant individual is deviant by nature
