تأثير الأزمة السورية على أطروحة العمق الإستراتيجي التركي

الملخص
تعتبر الأزمة السورية بحق اختباراً حقيقياً لسياسة تركيا الخارجية في إطار فكرة "العمق الاستراتيجي" التي جاء بها وزير خارجية تركيا " أحمد داوود أوغلو بعد وصوله حزبه العدالة و التنمية إلى الحكم في تركيا، حيث وجدت تركيا نفسها مضطرة للاختيار بين مبادئها وبين مصالحها، وتميّز سلوكها في التعامل مع التحولات السياسية في المنطقة بازدواجية المعايير، حيث رأت تركيا أنها المتضرر الأول مما يجري في بلاد الشام؛ على اعتبار أن سورية هي بمثابة بوابة تركيا الرئيسية إلى الوطن العربي. ولا يستبعد أن تقضي الأزمة السورية على طموحات تركيا في لعب الأدوار الأولى في الشرق الأوسط؛ كما ستقضي على أطروحة "العمق الاستراتيجي" محور السياسة الخارجية التركية الجديد في عهد العدالة والتنمية، فقد مثل الموقف التركي اتجاه الأزمة السورية فرصة جوهرية أمام تركيا لاختبار نظرية العمق الإستراتيجي وعودتها إلى الشرق، فبعد مرحلة طويلة من قطع العلاقات مع الدول العربية والسعي إلى اللحاق بالغرب ،ها هي تركيا اليوم تسعى إلى ريادة العالم العربي الإسلامي واستغلال الإرث الحضاري المشترك التي يربطها بهذا العالم، ومع اندلاع الأزمة في سوريا أصبح على تركيا أن تراجع حساباتها بما يخدم مصالحها في المنطقة ومشروعها الذي يتمثل في ريادة العالم العربي الإسلامي. The Syrian crisis is truly considered a real test for Turkey's foreign policy within the framework of the idea of "strategic depth" that was introduced by Turkish Foreign Minister Ahmet Davutoğlu after his Justice and Development Party came to power in Turkey, where Turkey found itself forced to choose between its principles and its interests, and its behavior was distinct. In dealing with the political transformations in the region with double standards, as Turkey saw that it was the first to be harmed by what is happening in the Levant, given that Syria is Turkey’s main gateway to the Arab world. It is not unlikely that the Syrian crisis will eliminate Turkey’s ambitions to play the first roles in the East. The Middle East; It will also eliminate the thesis of “strategic depth,” the new axis of Turkish foreign policy in the era of Justice and Development. The Turkish position on the Syrian crisis represented a fundamental opportunity for Turkey to test the theory of strategic depth and its return to the East, after a long period of severing relations with Arab countries and seeking to Catching up with the West, Turkey today seeks to lead the Arab-Islamic world and exploit the common cultural heritage that links it to this world. With the outbreak of the crisis in Syria, Turkey must review its calculations in a way that serves its interests in the region and its project, which is to lead the Arab-Islamic world.
