الملخص
جاء موضوع هذه الدراسة لتقديم قراءة حول واقع البيئة الإقتصادية في الجزائر خلال الفترة (2019-2001)، بناءا على تحليل مجموعة من الإحصائيات الواردة ضمن بعض المؤشّرات الإقتصادية الكمية و النوعية، هذه المؤشّرات التي يمكن من خلالها رصد طبيعة الإقتصاد الجزائري إنطلاقا من الإمكانيات المتاحة و السياسة الإقتصادية المتّبعة، و مدى قدرتها على بناء إقتصاد وطني صلب بإمكانه الوقوف أمام التحديات و الرهانات المتعددة على المستويين الداخلي و الخارجي، خاصة في ظل فترة الدراسة (2019-2001)التي تميزت في أغلبها بوضع مالي مريح بفعل إرتفاع أسعار النفط، و تسجيل فائض في إحتياطي الصرف، مع الإشارة إلى مدى تأثُّر الإقتصاد الجزائري بريوع النفط، هذا الريع الذي يُعتبر في الدراسات الإقتصادية أداة إجتماعية أكثر منه وسيلة إقتصادية في حالة الإعتماد المفرط عليه. ، The subject of this study came to provide a reading about the reality of the economic environment in algeria during the period (2001-2019), based on the analysis of a group of statistics contained within some quantitative and qualitative economic indicators, these indicators are through which the nature of the algerian economy can be monitored based on the available capabilities, and the economic policy followed, and the extent of its ability to build a solid national economy that can stand up to the multiple challenges and stakes at the internal and external levels, especially in ligth of the study period (2001-2019), which was mostly characterized by a comfortable financial situation due to the rise in oil prices, and the recording of a surplus in exchange reserves, noting the extent to which the algerian economy was affected by oil revenues, this pattern is the oil quarter, which is considered in economic studies to by a more social tool, it is a means economical in case of excessive reliance on it.
