الملخص

تبحث هذه الدراسة عن معالم المقاربة التي تبنتها الجزائر تجاه الأزمة الليبية والمتجذرة في مبادئ سياستها الخارجية والدعوة إلى حل سياسي سلمي (داخلي) من خلال مصالحة وطنية ناعمة وحوار ليبي- ليبي بقيادة الليبيين أنفسهم، مع التركيز على التحديات التي تواجه بناء الدولة في ليبيا والعوامل الخارجية التي تعيق هذه العملية. فالجزائر تضطلع الى ضمان استقرار الدولة الليبية واحترام إرادة الشعب الليبي وسيادته الوطنية دون أي تدخل خارجي Abstract: This study explores the features of Algeria's approach towards the Libyan crisis, rooted in its foreign policy principles, advocating for a peaceful (internal) political solution through soft national reconciliation and a Libyan-Libyan dialogue led by Libyans themselves. It focuses on the challenges faced in state-building in Libya and the external factors hindering this process. Algeria assumes the role of ensuring the stability of the Libyan state while respecting the will and national sovereignty of the Libyan people, without any external interference..
