أسباب النزاعات المجتمعية الاثنية في أفريقيا وخصائصها

الملخص
يؤكد التحليل الإستراتيجي للقارة الإفريقية على أهمية الموقع كقارة تتوسط العالم، إضافة إلى وحدة التهديدات لمختلف كيانات ومنتظمات القارة، مما يجعل هذا الكيان الإستراتيجي وفق الدراسات الأمنية، يخضع لنفس مصادر التهديد والتحديات الأمنية ككتلة إقليمية موحدة. وعلاوة عن سمات وخصائص البيئة الأمنية الإفريقية، فإن المنطقة تعرف العديد من التحديات والرهانات الأمنية التي تعكسها في المقام الأول السياسات العامة لنظم أفريقيا، والتي تؤكد في مجملها على طروحات التحليل الإستراتيجي، في كون أن القارة بخصائصها وتحدياتها الأمنية تعرف مسارات وتجارب تحولية تختلف عما سواها في القارات الأخرى، حيث تحتل ظاهرة النزاعات المجتمعية الاثنية مكانا بارزا في المشهد السياسي لكل نظم القارة، وعليه تحاول هذه الورقة البحثية تسليط الضوء على خصوصية هذه الظاهرة في القارة الإفريقية وأسبابها سعيا للوصول إلى المشاركة في اقتراح توصيات من شأنها كبح هذه النزاعات وتجنب تبعاتها. افريقيا؛ النزاعات المجتمعية؛ الاثنية؛ الحروب الأهلية؛ الأمن. The strategic analysis of the African continent emphasizes the importance of the location as a continent in the middle of the world, in addition to the unity of threats to the various entities and organizations of the continent, which makes this strategic entity, according to security studies, subject to the same sources of threats and security challenges as a unified regional bloc. In addition to the features and characteristics of the African security environment, the region is aware of many security challenges and stakes that are primarily reflected in the general policies of African systems, which in their entirety confirm the propositions of strategic analysis, in that the continent, with its security characteristics and challenges, knows transformational paths and experiences that differ from others in the region. Other continents, where the phenomenon of ethnic societal conflicts occupies a prominent place in the political scene of all continental systems, and therefore this research paper attempts to shed light on the specificity of this phenomenon on the African continent and its causes in an effort to reach participation in proposing recommendations that would reduce the severity of these conflicts and their consequences.
