Suspicions Of Sheikh Abd Al-hay Al-kettani During His Visits To Algeria In 1939- 1949 And His Relations With The French Colonizer

Abstract
This article deals with a well-known religious and political figure in the Maghreb, who is the personality of Sheikh Abd al-Hay al-Kettani al-Maghribi. This man had many visits to Algeria, and he used to receive men of knowledge, mysticism and the national movement in all his visits, but some of his projects made him somewhat suspicious. Because of his involvement with French colonialism, and for this we find some Algerian thinkers, such as Sheikh Al-Bashir Al-Ibrahimi, who see him as a conspirator against the national cause, and he must be confronted. هذا المقال يتناول شخصية دينية وسياسية معروفة في المغرب، وهي شخصية الشيخ عبد الحي الكتاني المغربي. الذي ينعت أحيانا بالعلامة والمدث، في حين تصفه بعض الكتابات أنه عميل خائل، كانت لهذا الرجل العديد من الزيارات إلى الجزائر، كما كان يحظى باستقبال رجال العلم والتصوف والحركة الوطنية في جميع زياراته، ولكن بعض مشاريعه جعلته مشبوهًا إلى حد ما. نظرًا لتورطه مع الاستعمار الفرنسي، وبسبب ذلك نجد بعض المفكرين الجزائريين، مثل الشيخ البشير الإبراهيمي، الذي تصدى له واعتبره متآمرا ضد القضية الوطنية، ويجب مواجهته.
