علاقة الثقافة التنظيمية بالإبداع الإداري لدى عمال الحماية المدنية بولاية برج بوعريريج

الملخص

هدفت الدراسة لكشف عن العلاقة بين الإبداع الإداري والثقافة التنظيمية لدى رجال وعمال الحماية المدنية في الوحدة الرئيسية ببرج بوعريريج، وهدفت للكشف على فروق موجودة في مستوى ثقافة والابداع تعزى للمتغيرات (السن، المؤهل العلمي، الرتبة)، وتكون مجتمع الدراسة من جميع عمال الحماية المدنية كان عددهم (352) وعينة الدراسة (176)عامل وتم اتباع المنهج الوصفي وتوصلت هذه الدراسة لنتائج التالية: توجد علاقة ارتباطية ذات دلالة معنوية بين الثقافة التنظيمية والإبداع الإداري و لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة احصائية في مستوى كل من الثقافة التنظيمية والابداع الإداري تبعا للمتغيرات (الرتبة ، المؤهل العلمي) ولا توجد فروق في مستوى ثقافة تبعا للسن، وتوجد فروق في مستوى الابداع تبعا للسن. This study investigates two of the organizational behavior concepts, the organization behavior and the administrative creativity. It aims at revealing the correlation between the organization behavior and administrative creativity of firefighters in the central unity of Borj Bou Arreridj. The study also measures the influence of different personal variables, such as, (age, educational level and professional grade) on both, the organization behavior and administrative creativity. The target population is all firefighters of the central unity in Borj Bou Arreridj that is 352 workers. Half the population represents the study’s sample, i.e. 176 firefighters. A questionnaire was used as a data collection tool, which was analyzed according to the descriptive method. Findings reveal that there is a significant correlation between the organization behavior and administrative creativity of firefighters in the central unity of Borj Bou Arreridj and there is no significant correlation between the administrative creativity and personal variables.
