الملخص
الملخص: تكشف هذه الورقة البحثية الأهمية القانونية التي يحظى بها البحث العلمي في منطقة أعالي البحار، خاصة أمام اعتبارها وسيلة للكشف عن الثروات الطبيعية، وحرية من الحريات الهامة في ظل القانون الدولي للبحار، ومنه جاءت أهمية الوقوف على أهم المبادئ القانونية التي تحكم هذا النوع من البحوث في منطقة أعالي البحار سواء تعلق الأمر بارتباطه بالأغراض السلمية أو حماية البيئة البحرية وغيرها من المبادئ، كما أن الموضع طرح بعض الإشكالات القانونية بشأن الأحكام التي جاء في هذا الشأن والمتعلقة بالأجهزة المستخدمة في البحث العلمي وغيرها. Abstract: This research paper reveals the legal importance of scientific research in the high seas region, especially in front of considering it a means of detecting natural resources, and freedom of important freedoms under the international law of the sea, and from it came the importance of standing on the most important legal principles governing this type of research in the high seas region, whether it is related to peaceful purposes or the protection of the marine environment and other principles, and the place raised some legal problems regarding the provisions that came In this regard and related to the devices used in scientific research and others.
