الملخص
تقوم دولة القانون على عدة عناصر ومبادئ أهمها ضرورة احترام الحقوق والحريات، بما فيها حقوق المرأة التي تمثل الجزء الأهم في مختلف المجتمعات. الجزائر – كغيرها من الدول- تقرّ وتعترف للمرأة بعدة حقوق وحريات تضمن مشاركتها في الحياة العامة وتشجعها على ذلك، انطلاقا من أحكام الدستور ومختلف المعاهدات ثم القوانين ونصوصها تنظيمية. رغم أهمية كل ذلك إلا أن المرأة مازالت تواجه بعض التحدّيات. The State of law is based on several elements and principles, the most important of which is the need to respect the rights and freedoms, including the rights of women, who represent the most important part in various societies. Algeria - like other countries - acknowledges and recognizes several rights and freedoms for, that guarantee their participation in public life and encourages them to do so, on the basis of the provisions of the constitution and the various treaties, then laws and their regulatory texts. Despite the importance of all this, women still face certain challenges.
