التأهيل المهني للأشخاص المعوقين وتشغيلهم من منظور قانوني

الملخص
ى غرار الدول الأخرى، بحماية الأشخاص المعوقين وبإدماجهم من خلال برامج التأهيل الخاصة بهم، ذلك أن مشاركتهم في أي برنامج تنموي في المجتمع لا يتأتى إلا بإتاحتهم الفرصة والامكانيات للتغلب على معوقاتهم ولاستثمار قدراتهم وإمكانياتهم المتوفرة لديهم. يتطلب تنفيذ استراتيجية تأهيل الاشخاص المعوقين مبدئيا توفير تأهيل مهني مناسب، الذي يتطلب بدوره تدريب وتوجيه مهنيين، وأخيرا توفير عمل لائق بهم. تبدو أهمية البحث من خلال اهتمام المشرع بفئة المعوقين، وضرورة دمجهم في المجتمع تحقيقا لمبدأ المساواة. Abstract: Algeria, like other states, has taken care of the protection and integration of individuals with disabilities through their own rehabilitation programs, because their participation in any development program in society can only be achieved by providing them with the opportunity and possibilities to overcome their obstacles and to invest their possibilities and capabilities available to them. The implementation of the rehabilitation strategy for individuals with disabilities requires, in principal, appropriate vocational rehabilitation, wich in turn requires vocational training and guidance of professionals, and finally, the provision of decent work for them. The importance of research appears through the attention of legislator to the category of individuals with disabilities , and the need to integrate them into society in order to achieve the principle of equality.
